Thorne is looking for an experienced salesperson to join our growing team to sell security products in South Africa.

Job requirements:

  • 2 years sales experience
  • Hard working
  • Own car & driving license (NB!)
  • Well-presented
  • Well-spoken
  • Contactable references
  • Must be comfortable with daily driving & possibly regular traveling
  • Must be able to work independently & take initiative
  • Own laptop preferable

Job Description:

  • Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
  • Basic + commission
  • Commission on all profits made after meeting threshold target
  • Report directly to Sales Manager

What we need from you:

  • Source leads & make good use of leads provided
  • Hit targets
  • Take initiative & be willing to work hard
  • Work well with others
  • Adhere to the company’s strict diversity & ethics guidelines
  • Be punctual
  • Undergo 2-week training period
  • 3-months probation period
  • Be comfortable driving regularly (client visits, etc.)
  • Be willing to move from one market to the next (e.g. residential to business)
